The aims of this course are to help you discover an in-depth personal experience of mindfulness and to build foundations of a sustained personal practice with a view to applying this to daily life and perhaps also in your professional life.
The course is primarily experiential and invites an attitude of curiosity to our experience in the present moment.
What to Expect in the Mindfulness Based Living Course (MBLC)
Introductory Session – Sunday 10th September 10.30 am – 12.30 pm
In this introductory session we will explore the aims and requirements of the Mindfulness Based Living Course.
We will learn some basic mindfulness techniques that will help us to become more aware of how we live our lives and to make friends with ourselves.
This introductory session is for anyone who wishes to understand what mindfulness is and is considering building the foundations of a sustained personal practice.
8 week MBLC Sunday 1st October – Sunday 19th November 2017
The Mindfulness Based Living Course (MBLC) at Butterfield Osteopathy is a Mindfulness course consisting of eight weekly classes, which are typically two hours long. A day of Mindfulness practice will be offered if the group would like to attend at a date agreed by the group.
The group is small, maximum 8 people.
