Karina Spero

Karina is a 2001 graduate of the British School of Osteopathy.

She is also a qualified Paediatric Osteopath, having completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Paediatric Osteopathy at the Osteopathic Centre for Children (OCC) in 2011. She continues to work at the OCC Clinic, treating babies, children and expectant and postpartum women.

Karina is experienced in diagnosing and treating a wide spectrum of musculo-skeletal problems.

In treatment, she uses both firm and gentle structural techniques such as soft tissue massage, joint articulation and special stretches, together with cranial and biodynamic cranial osteopathy. She offers advice on lifestyle and exercises to help where appropriate.

Karina aims to relieve pain and restore musculo skeletal health, function and a sense of well being for people of all ages.
