Josh became a yoga teacher to empower people to use their bodies, and he took his interest further and graduated from the University College of Osteopathy in 2021.
After completing his master’s degree in osteopathy, Josh gained a wealth of clinical and hospital experience. He has worked with clients with various conditions including sports injuries, women during pregnancy, and those living with HIV. Josh’s experience as a yoga teacher also enables him to provide advice on how to manage injuries sustained during yoga practice.
Josh is a skilled practitioner who employs a variety of techniques to provide effective musculoskeletal care. His approach includes gentle and indirect cranial treatment, visceral techniques, as well as stronger, structural articulations, manipulations, and deep tissue massage. He treats patients of all ages and conditions, from postpartum women to those with chronic pain and everything in between, with a focus on providing safe and effective care.
Josh welcomes people from all backgrounds and aims to make them feel more comfortable in their bodies. His clinic days are Mondays and Thursdays AM.
