We all struggle to find time to exercise trying to fitting it into our crammed scheduled. I was in a similar situation until I came across this YouTube channel. This happens to be my favourite and you might find something similar that you prefer to use. It’s my go-to video when I need to break a sweat between my yoga practice.
With all exercise, you should never go from zero to turbo in one go. Listen to your body! Work within what feels comfortable and build up gradually. We often see injuries from over-rotation of the ribcage such as in a deep spinal twist if you have recently taken up yoga. Do not go where it feels good at the time but will hurt afterwards.
